As per Wikipedia, it is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aims to control and still the mind. And what better place to experience this ‘union’ other than in the midst of greenery and sound of the waves!
Learn fishing! Let’s be honest, fishing can be frustrating for the person that lacks patience! It can take minutes to catch a fish but it can also take hours or even all day before you catch one. But, this activity helps children learn the art of patience – a skill needed for school, sports and life!
Do a google search for Kochi and pop comes the pictures of Chinese fishing nets. The city is so synonymous to this site. And you do not have to travel further to witness a Chinese fishing net in action since you can witness it at our property!
Did you know that interacting with animals helps to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure? Come, feed the bunnies hopping around our property. Trust us, kids love to run around them!
