Reservation
- Check-in: after 13:00 hrs IST
- Check-out: before 10:00 hrs IST
- Guests are required to show a govt. approved photo identification (like PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Driving Licence/Passport) and payment confirmation/receipt upon check-in
- The minimum age for check-in is 18 years
- All the guests must either have a proof of at least one dose of covid vaccination or a RT PCR negative certificate taken within 72 hours for the stay in hotel.
- Please make advance reservation via telephone or book online to ensure room availability.
- Advance deposit /online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation. Please read the cancellation policy before obtaining the confirmed reservation.
- We strive to accommodate early check-in and check-out whenever possible. But the room availability depends on whether we have other guests already staying with us. You are requested to inform us in advance of your timing of arrival.
- Pick-up from and Drop to Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station can be arranged for additional cost.
Cancellation
- You will be required to do a bank transfer/ google pay of 100% of the total amount payable for Room Charges within 3 days of enquiry to secure your booking.
- The remaining amount, if any, for Food and any other activities will be payable via bank transfer/ google pay before Check-out, as per usage.
- Free Cancellation allowed until 14 days before arrival date, after which, you will be charged the entire amount.
Refunds
- No refund will be issued in case of a no-show.
- In case of Refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment mode.
- Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
